I could just tell he had a passion for the game and was willing to put his body on the line and push himself to make the plays he needed to. I have nothing but respect for both these players as they have pushed me to become better as a player and a teammate.

She was the one that got me into the game and taught me the fundamentals of frisbee. She showed me how to throw a flick, make proper cuts, and be a leader on the field. While I have now experienced coaches with more playing experience, none of them are as fun or have taught me as much as her.

Make their lives easy by giving them easy cutting lanes or easy completions. You can not play ultimate by yourself, so you might as well do everything you can for your team on and off the field.<\/p>\n
